Mercatus is a business administration services company with outsourced accounting at its core.
Our aim is to develop processes within our service offering, our partner service providers and our clients, to make business administration more efficient and cost effective. Fundamental to this objective is our commitment to innovation and building a technology based infrastructure which drives the delivery of services.
We consider the web to be a key element of our strategy and consequently much of our core service offering is based around it. Our web based accounts system, provided by Irish Company, Visor Limited, together with our in-house developed applications, MyPayDoxTM and MyXpensesTM, underline our focus on providing efficient web based solutions.
At Mercatus, we spend time understanding your business and your requirements before recommending an appropriate outsourcing solution. This process includes a free consultation and, where required, is followed up by a written proposal for services. You can be assured that if outsourcing is not appropriate to your business circumstances, we will let you know.
During your initial time with us you will be looked after by our dedicated New Business Team who will set you up on our systems, train you on how to use our online accounting and administration systems and coordinate all your initial requirements. Once systems are running smoothly a dedicated ongoing client service delivery team will take over responsibility for your account, continuing to ensure that your back office function runs effectively and that expert advice is always at hand.
