Darren Connolly BA FCCA CPA

Darren has worked with Byrne Curtin Kelly since 2004 and became a partner in 2008. Darren has much experience in the audit of small and large enterprises in many sectors of industry. Since becoming a partner Darren has developed a portfolio of clients many of whom have been start up enterprises and has been hands on in evolving these to profitable entities.

Darren offers management review services as well as providing statutory services to his clients and takes an active role in the growth and development of his clients businesses.

Darren also takes a keen interest in the charity/not for profit sector and has lectured on directors responsibilities and the implications of audit for small charities. Darren acts as auditor for many charities and is a board member of the following charities:

• Coolmine Therapeutic Community
• Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association
• SOSAD Ireland
• Hesed House

Darren is also a member of the Leinster CPA Members society and is actively involved in arranging events for its membership. Darren is an avid GAA and rugby fan with Tipperary and Munster being closest to his heart.
